Sie wohnen in einem alten, typisch mallorquinischen Haus, über die Straße ca. 30 meter ist direkt das Meer mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf die Insel Cabrera und die unberührten Strände von Sa Vall. Die Meeresnatur gibt Ihnen die Hand. Ein Ort für einen ruhigen, harmonischen Urlaub, zum Wandern, Radfahren, Lesen und Entspannen. Ein geräumiges Haus, mit hohen Decken, und den typischen Holzbalken, in dem man Frieden spürt. Sie verbringen Ihren Urlaub in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft, das Meer zu Füßen und dennoch sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Hafen, wo viele Gastronomische Betriebe einladen. Das Beste Eis in Colonia und ein Eroski-Supermarkt sind ebenfalls nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Es ist ein altes Gebäude und bewahrt viele seiner ursprünglichen Elemente. Wir haben seine ursprüngliche Form, den Charme der Dinge von früher, bis zum Äußersten respektiert.
Die Betten sind bequem und die Schlafzimmer mit ihren alten Holzfenstern versprühen einen eigenen Scharm. Voll ausgestattet mit Handtüchern, Bettwäsche, Möbeln, Küchenutensilien. Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, damit Ihr Urlaub sehr angenehm wird… Sie werden bald wiederkommen wollen! It`s a typical Mallorcan house, crossing the street is the sea and beautiful views of the island of Cabrera and the virgin beaches of Sa Vall. The marine nature gives you the hand. A place for a quiet, harmonious holiday, walking, cycling, reading and relaxing. It is an old building and preserves many of its initial elements. We have respected to the maximum its original form, the charm of the things of before.
The beds are comfortable and the linen is complete. Fully equipped with towels, bedding, furniture, kitchen utensils. Everything has been thought out down to the last detail so that your holiday will be very pleasant… You’ll want to come back soon! The port is just a few minutes walk away, so you can eat fresh fish every day if you wish. There are cafes, bars, restaurants with their own personality, supermarket and the best ice cream on the island. This place is sure to get you!!! The entire house is for the use and enjoyment of our guests. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. By which the property will be available for seasonal use.

Lugar para unas vacaciones en silencio, armonía, caminatas, bicicleta, lectura y calma. Una casa de 150 metros cuadrados, amplia, con techos altos, vigas de madera, donde se siente la paz, en un barrio tranquilo y el mar a tus pies. Se trata de una edificación antigua y conserva muchos de sus elementos iniciales. Hemos respetado al máximo su forma original, el encanto de las cosas de antes. Disponemos de tres habitaciones con dos baños completos, un precioso patio interior donde podrás relajarte a leer, disfrutar del aire fresco y organizar comidas al aire libre. Las camas son cómodas y la lencería completa. Totalmente equipada con toallas, ropa de cama, muebles, utensilios de cocina. Todo pensado hasta el último detalle para que tus vacaciones sean muy agradables… ¡¡Querrás volver pronto!! El puerto está a pocos minutos caminando, por lo que cada día puedes comer pescado fresco si lo deseas. Hay cafeterías, bares, restaurantes con personalidad propia, supermercado y los mejores helados de la Isla. ¡¡¡Este lugar seguro que te va a atrapar!!! La casa en su totalidad es para el uso y disfrute de nuestros huéspedes. NOTA: El alquiler de esta propiedad se realiza en base a la legislación española, concretamente la Ley 29/1994, de 24 de noviembre, de arrendamientos urbanos.
